Return and Exchange Policy

At Casualina, your satisfaction is our priority. We are committed to delivering high-quality kids' clothing that meets your expectations. While we do not offer returns due to the nature of our products and quality control standards, we do allow exchanges under specific conditions. Please review this policy carefully before placing an order.


Exchange Eligibility

Exchanges are only accepted if the product is damaged or defective upon delivery, and the issue is reported within 72 hours (3 days) of receiving the order.

To qualify for an exchange:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags intact.

  • The issue must be reported within 3 days of delivery.

  • Proof of damage, such as clear photos or videos, must be provided upon request.

If You Receive a Damaged or Defective Item

  1. Contact us immediately via email at info@casualina.com or through our official WhatsApp number within 72 hours.

  2. Our team will review your request and confirm eligibility for an exchange.


Non-Exchangeable Situations

Exchanges will not be accepted in the following cases:

  • You no longer want the product or have changed your mind.

  • Incorrect size or color was ordered by the customer.

  • The product does not meet personal preferences after opening the package.

  • Orders placed incorrectly or canceled after confirmation.

  • Items reported after the 72-hour exchange window.

  • Items that show signs of use, washing, or damage caused after delivery.


Exchange Process

Once your exchange request is approved:

  1. We will provide instructions for returning the item.

  2. After receiving and inspecting the product, we will process the exchange.

Processing Time: Exchange processing typically takes 8 to 12 business days, depending on product availability and location.

Shipping Costs:

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • Any additional shipping costs related to the exchange may be the customer’s responsibility unless the issue occurred due to our error.

International Orders

For international orders, exchanges are only accepted for items that arrive damaged or defective.

Conditions for International Exchanges:

  • The issue must be reported within 3 days of delivery.

  • International return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

  • If a replacement item is unavailable, we may offer store credit at our discretion. Refunds are not provided for international orders.

Sale and Non-Exchangeable Items

Items purchased during sales, clearance events, or special promotions are not eligible for exchange unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

Size Charts and Product Information

We provide detailed size charts, measurements, and product descriptions for all items. Parents are encouraged to review this information carefully before placing an order to ensure the correct size and fit for their child.
